I wanted something with a spicy premise. What's spicier than a girl who has a whopper of a crush on her boyfriend's best friend? The plot raises many questions also, and I like it when readers ask questions as they're reading. Are some guys off-limits in romance? Is it ever okay to date a friend of an ex or are certain people banned for life from the dating pool? I honestly didn't know how it would play out in the end until I began writing. I didn't even know if it was okay to go for your boyfriend's best friend. You'll have to read to find out the answers.
